The New EZ Ups
Life giving shade.
It’s not going to clean itself.
Someone asked me why I was unloading my bike after last weekends races when I’m racing again this weekend. To wash it, of course.
Willow Springs GP
Two Races. Two Podiums.
Must Fix!
My OCO kicked in when I saw this block off plate with nuts and washer spacers because the bolts were too long. Always save nuts and bolts you don’t need so you can fix things like this.

LE
Porting and Deck Height
Deck Height is how you adjust a two stroke port timing by changing the thickness of the base gaskets. This tool uses two dial gauges to average out the wobble of the piston. The tool that looks like a dentist drill is being used to chamfer the edges of the ports so the piston ring is pushed into it’s grove gently.

Gear Tool
’99 TZ250 rebuild. It’s been a long time but I still have the aluminum bolt I used to lock the crank gear so I can torque the crank bolt.
Mystery School File
This is the box of all LE Knowledge. These files are what I did to every bike I’ve worked on. There are now so many bikes in the Mystery School Fleet that they have moved out of the Yamaha file and into their own file. The other photo is of two TTR230 shocks being rebuild and re-vlaved together.

Billy’s TZ250
Roland Cushway did the crank rebuild so now it’s time to put Billy’s engine together.
