Ed, I just got my Tiger Sport 660 out after some travel. The suspension is better than I thought possible, for less than the price a good shock. It’s more comfortable from the increased control and totally improved spring rates. It’s vastly better as the pace rises with much more stable attitude and no bobbing/wobbling etc. I’m so grateful. Thanks again for the great work. I can’t wait for the next track day to really enjoy it fully

My first flat track event and all the bikes were rented. Turns out you can’t have front brakes in flat track racing so I removed the brake levers. They even have a class for bike without brakes called Brakeless. No, Really!

In 2003 I had six alternate gear ratios for each of the six gears in my TZ250. That gave me a two kilometers per hour step between each ratio. Plus the different sprockets. You make power with the jetting/map, you make lap time with the gearing.

Silicone hoses require a full circle clamp because the hose material is soft and will fold up into any gap. This will let water leak past the clamp. It’s not the little spaces for the threads that are a problem, it’s the gap at the screw.
